Liquor Portion Control
Harton Flexibar control units are modular in design and can be configured for up to 12 portions and 254 brands each. Up to 32 modules can be networked for large installations and where POS integration is a must.

USC SPIRIT liquor portion control units models 2400 and 4400, are 7 & 15 category ring type, 4 portion liquor dispensing systems.

USC SPIRIT Brand-ID model can track up to 255 brands of liquor in 4 portions using programmable pourers.

255 Brands(up to 700 capable) of liquor and wine. Price by brand & portion. 4 Portions per brand. 3 Price levels per brand & portion. Automatic & Manual price levels. Automatic system lock at preset time. Programmable Automatic Last Pour feature. RS-232 Interface; to printer, ECR or computer. 2-Way interface for secure pouring. RS-485 Networking Interface (HUB optional). HIGH powered Activator to open sticky pourers. Uses a standard PS2 keyboard for programming. Copy settings from one SPIRIT BRAND-ID unit to another. USC SPIRIT 4400
15 Price Categories
Easy to use bar control system for spirits and wine. Inventory control is accomplished by using coded pourers, these are inserted then sealed to each bottle by a tamper-proof security seal. Pourers are available up to 15 categories (for SPIRIT 4400). The metal rings on the pourer use a binary counting system, 1 for the top ring, 2 for the second ring, 4 for the third ring, and 8 for the bottom ring (only on 15 category pourers). Using this method a price category can be assigned to each pourer, for a total of 15 price categories. The pourers each have 4 programable portions that are selected from the front panel of the unit.



USC SPIRIT 2400
7 Price Categories
